3. Platform Disclaimers

5. User Responsibilities & Assumption of Risk

You are fully responsible for all risks, losses, and consequences associated with using $TRIVY, including but not limited to:

  • Potential loss of invested funds
  • Smart contract failures, exploits, or bugs
  • Regulatory changes or legal restrictions
  • Technical errors, wallet issues, or blockchain network failures
  • Sudden or prolonged unavailability of the $TRIVY platform

5.1 Wallet and Security

  • You are exclusively responsible for securing your wallet credentials, private keys, and any associated accounts.
  • $TRIVY cannot recover lost private keys, reverse unauthorized transactions, or restore access if the platform is unavailable.
  • You must implement industry-standard security measures, such as hardware wallets and two-factor authentication, and remain vigilant against phishing and other threats.

5.2 Independent Research and Due Diligence

You agree to:

  • Conduct thorough due diligence before participating

Cryptocurrency and Platform Volatility

You acknowledge that:

  • Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and may result in total loss of value
  • $TRIVY token value, reward payouts, and platform features may decrease to zero or cease to function
  • No guarantees of profitability, stability, or continuity are made
  • You assume all risks associated with market conditions and platform availability

Technical and Operational Risks

The platform may experience:

  • Smart contract bugs, vulnerabilities, or failures
  • Network congestion, blockchain disruptions, or third-party service failures
  • Sudden or prolonged unavailability due to maintenance, upgrades, or external factors
  • Front-running, MEV attacks, or other blockchain exploits

$TRIVY disclaims any obligation to provide continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to its services and shall not be liable for any consequences of such disruptions.

Final Risk and Liability Acknowledgement

By continuing to use $TRIVY, you certify that:

  • You understand and accept all risks associated with cryptocurrency, decentralized applications, and potential service interruptions
  • You are solely responsible for all financial decisions, outcomes, and any losses incurred
  • You will not hold $TRIVY, its affiliates, developers, or related parties liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from your use of the platform
